ASUS con Microsoft Office System pre-installato

ASUS ha aderito al programma Microsoft Office Ready, in base al quale i notebook ASUS saranno gratuitamente forniti con Microsoft Office System pre-installato. Si tratta di uno strumento rivoluzionario, di grande interesse per tutti gli utenti che, anziché acquistare Office contestualmente all’acquisto del portatile ASUS, potranno scegliere di valutare il software per un periodo di prova di 60 giorni.

Per offrire a tutti gli utenti la possibilità di toccare con mano i vantaggi che i suoi notebook, insieme alla rinomata suite di Microsoft, sono in grado di offrire, ASUS è tra i primi vendor ad introdurre sul mercato portatili con pre-installato Office Ready, che saranno gradualmente disponibili in Italia a partire da metà giugno. Numerose le serie di notebook incluse nel programma, che saranno facilmente riconoscibili grazie ad un adesivo applicato sul portatile con indicato ‘Office Ready’.

ASUS regala, quindi, la possibilità di rimandare l’acquisto di Office, successivamente all’acquisto del portatile, e optare così per un periodo di prova, durante il quale testare gratuitamente per 60 giorni le funzionalità dell’ultima versione della famosa suite di Microsoft. L’attivazione della versione trial non comporta alcun costo e potrà essere effettuata autonomamente sul sito Microsoft, in modo semplice e veloce. Al termine del periodo di prova, l’utente potrà scegliere di acquistare la licenza permanente convertendo la versione trial. Per farlo sarà sufficiente recarsi presso il rivenditore da cui si è acquistato il notebook, che si occuperà di inserire l’apposita Product Key, senza la necessità di dover effettuare la re-installazione del prodotto.

Ma i vantaggi del programma Microsoft Office Ready non finiscono qui. Gli utenti che sceglieranno di attivare Office Basic o Office Small Business potranno, infatti, attivare un ulteriore periodo di prova per le applicazioni non contenute nella versione acquistata, come ad esempio Access, Power Point® o Publisher. Tutti coloro che sceglieranno di acquistare la licenza Microsoft Office System in versione Basic o Small Business, contestualmente all’acquisto del notebook ASUS o successivamente al periodo di valutazione, avranno, inoltre, la possibilità di attivare una versione superiore della suite, grazie al programma denominato Step Up. Sul sito Microsoft è possibile acquistare, infatti, un’apposita Product Key, inserendo la quale verrà attivata la versione del software superiore (Small Business o Professional), anche in questo caso senza la necessità di effettuare alcuna nuova installazione.

Primi notebook Asus Office Ready

ASUS ha già aderito al programma Microsoft Office Ready ea breve i rivenditori potranno ricevere i primi notebook ASUS con Microsoft Office System pre-installato. Questo comporta numerosi vantaggi per tutti i dealer, che saranno facilitati nella vendita della suite di Microsoft e potranno instaurare rapporti ancor più proficui con i propri clienti.

Per offrire ai propri partner nuove opportunità derivanti dalla vendita di un PC portatile ASUS, l’Azienda ha tempestivamente aderito al programma Microsoft, attestandosi in prima linea nell’introdurre sul mercato portatili Office Ready, che saranno gradualmente presenti sul canale in Italia a partire da metà giugno. Numerose le serie di notebook incluse nel programma che saranno facilmente riconoscibili grazie ad un adesivo applicato sul portatile con indicato ‘Office Ready’.

Il primo vantaggio di cui beneficeranno tutti i rivenditori ASUS riguarda la semplificazione del processo di vendita della suite di Microsoft. I portatili ASUS saranno già completi, infatti, di Microsoft Office System pre-installato, per attivare il quale basterà utilizzare una Product Key e non occorreranno più i tradizionali supporti (CD) di attivazione. La Product Key sarà riportata sul Certificato di Autenticità (COA – Certificate of Authenticity), a sua volta contenuto in uno speciale kit di licenza denominato Medialess License Kit (MLK) e venduto in abbinamento al notebook ASUS. Il rivenditore potrà, quindi, installare velocemente la suite Microsoft tramite il tool OPK Master Kit, senza la necessità di fare ricorso ai tradizionali sistemi d’installazione come in passato.

Oltre a velocizzare e snellire la procedura, l’adesione di ASUS al programma consentirà ai rivenditori di dar vita ad una relazione più duratura con il cliente, che potrebbe iniziare con la vendita dell’hardware e sfociare nell’acquisto successivo della suite di produttività, nella versione più rispondente alle esigenze dell’utente. Il programma prevede, infatti, la possibilità da parte dell’end user di acquistare Microsoft Office System anche successivamente all’acquisto del notebook ASUS, optando inizialmente per una prova gratuita della suite. I rivenditori potranno, quindi, far provare gratuitamente all’utente finale il software, aiutando i clienti ad attivare la versione di valutazione gratuita e invitandoli a tornare dopo aver provato il prodotto per l’eventuale acquisto della Product Key necessaria per l’attivazione.

Thanks to Sara ’s advice, I modified the look and feel of my website. Beth said she liked my layout, so I didn’t touch that at all. (Plus I spent too much time over it to change it after one day!)

Now, my webbie has more…umm…curves on them, and the colors are more subtle. (Again, thanks to Sara .) I think I got too used to designing and critique-ing (yes, I know that’s not a word) web designs for businesses, that it seeped into my blog. Hehe. (For those who don’t know, I work as a web designer .)

So yey! New graphics for the webbie, up!

Also, I already uploaded the first chapter to my first ever fanfic! Hehe. Check out Nathaniel and the Orphan , especially if you’re a Nicola and the Viscount fan, a Meg Cabot fan… Or even if you’re neither. I hope your read it and give me feedback ! For now it’s up in Fictionpress.com, but I’m planning to transfer all my “ books ” into my home here. We’ll see when that’ll actually happen, because that’sa whole lot of chapters!

And yey! Thanks to Renee and everyone else who joined the Name Project , more people are getting interested to send entries! I’m hoping I can post another batch (and review another winner) by next week. ^_^
